If you have already created a Campium account registering for Bus, PA events, Summer Friends, or Friends After Three please enter your login credentials that you have already set up. Please ensure your child's details (like grade level and homeroom teacher) are correct and updated.

Policies of note:

​

• For pricing, the base cost correlates to the amount of days per week a child participates within a trimester. All enrichment programs have their own associated fee, which is added to the final pricing. The base costs listed on the fee page and the workshop fees are listed within the course catalog. All payments are due at the time of enrollment.
   

• Families who receive tuition aid from the School are eligible for Extended Programs aid as well. For questions, please reach out to Sam Margles, Director of Financial Aid and Affordability, at smargles@friendsseminary.org. Families who receive applicable aid on their Extended Programs enrollment should expect an updated invoice after you've registered your child. This updated invoice will be issued by the Business Office at studentbilling@friendsseminary.org.

• We reserve the right to cancel a program at any time prior to a trimester start date due to under-enrollment. We will notify you of such with advanced notice to discuss an alternative program or you can opt for a full refund.
   

• The School reserves the right to request a student's withdrawal from a program. The Extended Programs Manager will communicate when we require the withdrawal of a participant for recurring misconduct or disruptive behavior to the functioning of programs. 
   

• We offer a one-week grace period for withdrawing from programs as it pertains to a prorated refund of enrollment. Similarly, late enrollment into a program beyond the registration window will be granted only when possible.
   

• Extended Programs does not prorate or refund for partial attendance or absence from an activity.
   

• Recurring late pick ups will result in late fees.
