Policies of note:

​

• For pricing, the base cost correlates to the amount of days per week a child participates within a trimester. All enrichment programs have their own associated fee, which is added to the final pricing. The base costs listed on the fee page and the workshop fees are listed within the course catalog. All payments are due at the time of enrollment.
   

• Families who receive tuition aid from the School are eligible for Extended Programs aid as well. For questions, please reach out to Sam Margles, Director of Financial Aid and Affordability, at smargles@friendsseminary.org.

• We reserve the right to cancel a program at any time prior to a trimester start date due to under-enrollment. We will notify you of such with advanced notice to discuss an alternative program or you can opt for a full refund.
   

• The School reserves the right to request a student's withdrawal from a program. The Director of Extended Programs will communicate when we require the withdrawal of a participant for recurring misconduct or disruptive behavior to the functioning of programs. 
   

• We offer a one-week grace period for withdrawing from programs, as it pertains to a prorated refund of enrollment. Similarly, late enrollment into a program beyond the registration window will be granted only when possible.
   

• Extended Programs does not prorate or refund for partial attendance or absence from an activity.

• Being on time for end-of-day pick-up is of great importance. We allow two instances of ten-minute late grace periods for unforeseen circumstances. Beyond that, a $35 late fee will result.
